PIVND.com is designed so visitors can browse and play games without creating an account. We may process basic technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, referring page, approximate region, pages viewed, and timestamps. This helps us keep the site secure, understand which games are useful to players, and troubleshoot performance issues.
If you contact us by email, we process the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message, and any supporting details needed to respond.

Cloudflare performance and network reporting
PIVND.com uses Cloudflare for delivery, security, performance monitoring, and network reliability. Cloudflare may inject its Web Analytics or Real User Measurement beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js. According to Cloudflare, the beacon collects page-load and performance timing from browser Performance APIs, does not use the data to track individual users, and does not store or access cookies, local storage, or session storage.
Cloudflare may also provide Network Error Logging headers so a browser can report connection failures. Cloudflare states that its NEL pipeline may derive network and approximate location attributes such as ASN, country, and metro during processing, while client IP addresses are ephemeral and are not retained or logged by that pipeline.
Embedded games and third-party services
Games on PIVND.com may be loaded through third-party iframe providers. When you start or interact with an embedded game, your browser may connect directly to that provider. The provider may receive technical information needed to deliver the game, save in-game progress, measure gameplay, or prevent abuse.
The provider may also display its own advertising inside the game frame after you choose to start a game. Those ads and their measurement technologies are controlled by the provider under its own policies.
We do not control the privacy practices of third-party game providers. We encourage players and guardians to review the privacy information provided by those services when available.
Advertising
PIVND.com does not currently load Google AdSense code on the homepage or game pages. Advertising remains disabled during the current site review period.
If advertising is enabled in the future, advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure ads. This policy and the consent controls will be updated to match the enabled services before eligible advertising begins.

Consent choices
Google advertising and other consent-dependent PIVND.com analytics are currently disabled, so the site does not present a consent interface for those services. Cloudflare security, edge analytics, Web Analytics or RUM, and Network Error Logging may still operate as described above. A third-party game loads only after a visitor presses the play control; that provider may then use its own storage under its own policy.
Before Google advertising or other non-essential site technologies are enabled for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another consent-required region, PIVND.com must deploy and test the required Google-certified consent platform with accept, reject, manage, and withdrawal controls.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site, load game and category pages, respond to support messages, understand site performance, improve the game catalog, prevent spam or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, or monetize the site. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse.
Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect third-party games after you choose to load them. PIVND.com will add a persistent consent-management entry before any consent-dependent advertising or analytics technology is enabled.
